최근 Victoria주정부 후원을 받아 멜번 지역으로 간호사들이 이동하는 사례가 많이 발생하고 있습니다. 통상 주정부 후원 프로그램 경우 그 주에서 학업을 마친 졸업생들 위주로 한정시키는데, Victoria 주는 다른 주 졸업생들에게도 문을 열어두고 있습니다.
다만 이번 회계연도의 Victoria 주 190 비자 신청 접수는 마감된 상태입니다. 5월 28일 이전에 접수된 신청서까지만 검토 대상입니다. 7월 1일부터 2020-2021년 회계연도 신청서 접수가 다시 열릴 예정입니다. 하반기 190 비자 신청을 준비하시는 분들은 아래 내용을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
Subclass 190 비자 (영주 비자) – Victoria 주정부 : 호주내 간호학과 최근 2년안에 수료한 졸업생 대상
190비자는 영주 비자로서, 승인시 Victoria주에 2년 이상 거주할 것을 조건으로 하고 있습니다. 이 외에 Victoria 주정부에서는 다음 조건들을 충족시킬 것을 요구하고 있습니다.
1) 비자 신청서 접수시 만 45세 미만
3) IELTS 기준 각 항목 7.0 이상 (간호 직업군)
4) ANMAC기술 심사(skills assessment) 통과 – 등록(Registration) 필수
(등록청 : the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia)
5) Offer of employment - Victoria 주 이외 거주자인 경우 추가로 Job Offer 필요 - Victoria주 내 고용인으로부터 일주일에 최소20시간, 6개월 이상의 신청 직업군에 대한 고용 확인 (예정도 가능) 필요
6) 재정 상태 증명 (미혼 신청인 기준)
현재 신청 직업군에서 일하고 있는 경우 최소 $20,000 보유
해외 거주자나 일을 하고 있지 않는 경우 최소 $30,000 보유
신청 절차
신청 절차는 다음과 같습니다:
1. 이민부 사이트에서 Skill Select를 통한 Expression of Interest 신청
2. Victoria 주정부 사이트(www.liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au)에서 Victorian visa nomination 신청서와 서류들 접수
3. Victoria 주정부 후원 승인시, Skill Select를 통하여 190 영주 비자 신청 관련 invitation 발급
4. Invitation 발급일 기준 60일 이내에 190 영주 비자 온라인 신청서를 이민부 사이트로 접수
190 비자의 경우, 해당 직업군의 주정부 할당에 신청인들이 몰리는 경우 고득점 우선 순위로 주정부 후원을 받게 되므로, 가능한 한 영어점수를 올리거나 추가 점수를 받을 수 있는 부분이 있다면 최대한 점수를 확보하는 것이 도움이 됩니다. 일단 주정부로부터 후원 승인이 나오면 간호 직업군 관련해서는 상당히 빠른 처리 기간을 보여주고 있으므로 지난 2년 사이에 간호학사 과정을 수료하신 경우라면 Victoria 주정부의 190비자 프로그램을 적극 고려해 보시기 바랍니다.

For you to be eligible for the award of these points your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass and must not be an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen.
